Application
1.For flashing services – for example light hydrocarbons, high vapor pressure fluids. Can also be used for non-flashing services.
2.For services where product contamination by a barrier fluid is not acceptable.

MCS52 designed to API Plan 52,reservoir providing buffer liquid for the outer seal of an arrangement 2 unpressurized dual seal.
Technical Features:
1.The pumped media does not leak directly to atmosphere.It handles light hydrocarbons, methanol, ammonia and similar media.
2.The system uses a non-pressurized reservoir to supply barrier fluid to the seals.
3.The reservoir incorporates a heat exchanger with water cooling. The barrier fluid circulates from the reservoir to the seal chamber, then returns via the pumping ring to complete the loop.
4.The system is equipped with venting or flare connection.
5.The system can be equipped with pressure, level, and temperature sensors based on user operating conditions and requirements.
