Technical Features:
1.DG810 Dry Gas Seals features a face-to-face configuration .In the event of primary seal failure, the secondary seal functions as the containment seal to prevent process gas release and ensure safe compressor shutdown.
2.The primary seal gas is an externally supplied inert gas that does not contaminate the process.The seal gas pressure shall be maintained above the process pressure, achieves zero process leakage.
3.The atmospheric side incorporates labyrinth seals or segmented carbon rings, preventing process leakage to the environment and protecting the seal faces from bearing oil contamination.
4.The double-seal arrangement of dry gas seals allows a minimal amount of primary seal gas to enter the process system.
5.Non-contact operation of the dry gas seal ensures extended service life.
