GCS74 designed according to API PLAN 74,This plan is intended to be used for dual pressurised non-contacting gas seals.Externally pressurized barrier gas supplied through a gas control system to a dual seal arrangement.
Technical Features:
- Designed for arrangement 3 (seal face pressure is higher than seal chamber pressure), the API PLAN 74 supplies clean, regulated gas from an external source to ensure stable sealing performance. System maintains gas pressure higher seal chamber pressure through precision control and monitoring.
- API PLAN 74 supplies with coalescing filtration, pressure control valve, and flow transmitter.External gas enters the system and passes through a coalescing filtration to remove particulates and adjust the pressure to seal requirements.
- Stainless steel panel & polished tubing with compression fittings for corrosion resistance and leak-free performance.
