GCS 72 designed according to API PLAN 72,this system provides clean, pressure-stabilized gas to dry gas seals, ensuring reliable performance. Buffer gas is passed through the containment seal chamber to sweep inner seal leakage away from outer seal to a collection system and / or dilute the leakage.Buffer gas is maintained at a pressure less than seal chamber pressure.Buffer gas is maintained at a pressure less than seal chamber pressure.bUBBBB
Technical Features:
- Designed for arrangement 2 ,the system maintains gas pressure lower seal chamber pressure through precision control and monitoring.
- External gas enters the system and passes through a filter regulator to remove particulates and adjust the pressure to seal requirements. It then flows through pressure gauges, transmitters, and flow meters before reaching the seals.
- Stainless steel panel & polished tubing with compression fittings for corrosion resistance and leak-free performance.
- The API PLAN 72 operates standalone or used together with API PLAN 75/76 systems.
