MCS54 designed in accordance with API Plan 54, this system supplies clean barrier fluid to the seal, enhancing the sealing environment and operational reliability.
Technical Features:
1.This system is typically used in a dirty, abrasives or polymerizing products where media is unsuitable as a lubricant for inboard seal faces.
2.The system supplies clean barrier fluid to the seals, maintaining a barrier fluid pressure 0.14-0.41MPa higher than the seal chamber pressure. Minor leakage of barrier fluid into the process system may occur.
3.Pressurised external barrier fluid circulation from a central pressure source or by a stand alone pumping unit.
4..The pumping system can automatically switch over when equipped with pressure, level and temperature sensors.
5.Can also be given as a stand alone unit per pump.
