MCS 32 designed in accordance with API PLAN 32,this system is a mechanical seal flush support system .This system features injects clean fluid into the seal chamber from an external source.The system consists of connectors, ball valves,strainer, flow meters, temperature indicator, pressure indicator, and check valve.
Technical Features:
1.Fluids with solids and contaminants where pumped fluid can accept an external flush.
2.Pressure of the external flush should always be at least 25 psi [1 7 bar] above the seal chamber pressure.
3.External fluid enters the system, passes through a filter for separation, then goes through flow meter, temperature gauge, and pressure gauge for fluid monitoring, and finally enters the seal chamber.
4.Throat bushing is required to maintain an elevated pressure in the seal chamber, isolate it from the pumped media, and reduce flush fluid consumption.
