Features
1.The cyclone separator removes solids and prevents all but a few minor particles from reaching the seal chamber.
2. Solid particles have a specific gravity more than twice that of the pumped media.
3.The media properties retained as solids are routed back to pump suction.

API Plan 31 recirculated from the pump discharge through a cyclone separator delivering the clean fluid to the seal chamber. It is effectively improves the seals operating environment. The system mainly consists of connectors, a pressure gauge, and a cyclone separator.
Technical Features:
1.Designed for fluids containing solid particles with a density at least twice that of the fluid.Prevents fluid and solid accumulation in the seal chamber, optimizing the operating environment of the seal faces.
2.The flush fluid is the process medium. The fluid flows from the pump discharge or discharge piping, passes through the hydrocyclone separator, and the clean flush fluid enters the seal chamber. The separated solid particles are returned to the pump inlet.
3.Pressure gauges monitor pressure differentials across the filtration system.
